Tell us about yourself and your current role

I am a PR/Marketing/Integrated Communications Recruiter with PR Talent, a specialized talent recruiting company. I work with talent of all levels to help grow their careers and partner with communication agencies and companies (corporate/in-house) to help build their teams.

How did you get into PR?

My recruiting career began with working with Fortune 500 companies and emerging brands on technical and non-technical roles. In working with a PR/Social and Digital Media agency I was attracted to the industry & people, and decided I only wanted to work with communications talent.

What do you love about PR?

I enjoy working with PR/Communication pro’s and the passion they have in their craft.

Why are you in PRSA-SF? What do you feel the benefits have been for you?

PRSA-SF is a resource I am always recommending to companies and talent for relevant topics, events and industry networking in the SF Bay Area. I decided to get directly involved in the organization after I saw how much support the PRSA-SF Bay Area community gave to communication peers during Covid.

What are you hoping to accomplish during your year as Director of Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships with PRSA-SF?

As Director of Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships I am hoping to bring in more companies to be directly involved in events, awards and posting of job opportunities.

What are some of your hobbies? What do you do for fun?

When not working you can find me planning my next scuba diving and travel adventure for my family – passport related trips preferred, trying a new restaurant in the SF Bay Area, visiting a museum or hiking while listening to a new playlist, podcast or audiobook.
