Biography
Y'Anad Burrell is a San Francisco native and the Founder/CEO of Glass House Communications (GHC), an agency she started 14 years ago that specializes in public relations, strategic communications, public affairs, DE&I consulting, crisis management, brand marketing and reputation management. GHC's clients include elected officials, government entities, corporations, tech companies, small businesses, CBOs and non-profit organizations. Y’Anad is also the Founder/CEO of iHealth Innovation, a company whose mission is to develop and implement strategies that improve the health and wellness of diverse local and global communities through technology, innovation, collaboration, advocacy and the arts. Y'Anad is also a journalist for the Post News Group.
Y’Anad serves on several boards including NAACP CA/HI State Conference Public Relations Committee; Associate Board Member, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area; Commissioner, Richmond Housing Commission and others. Y’Anad’s hobbies are reading, journaling, all things fashion, art and culture and she enjoys learning. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University.
