Millennials at Work: Perspectives on Diversity & Inclusion
A study by Weber Shandwick and the Institute of Public Relations
Thursday, October 26
5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Why are Millennials more comfortable discussing diversity and inclusion topics at work than their older colleagues? Weber Shandwick, in partnership with the Institute for Public Relations, recently published Millennials@Work, a study on different generational perspectives towards diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Join PRSA San Francisco and Weber Shandwick as we take a deep dive into the survey results and what they mean for the future of work -- including how Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials can successfully (and respectfully) collaborate, what role technology plays in D&I discussions and generational differences, and what employers can do to attract socially conscious employees who want to work for organizations that value diversity and social responsibility.
