Description

The worlds of PR and social media are changing rapidly, and successful PR pros will need to survive - even thrive - in the 'cloverleaf' of paid, owned, earned, and shared content. How can the PR practitioner win in a world where owned, earned, and paid media must all work closely together?

Learn from Kaiser Permanente's director of social media, Vince Golla, as he shares case studies and perspectives from the organization's very successful integrations.
